Core-competency training

The right skills from day one

Providing the necessary experience for your Organisation

In the latest skills survey conducted by The Institute of Engineering and Technology, almost half (49%) of engineering and technology businesses stated that they are experiencing difficulties in the skills they have available to them when trying to recruit new staff.1

We work closely with your organisation to identify the essential skills required from day 1 of employment, to ensure new recruits are equipped with those very skills when they walk through your doors.
